Definitions

The Promoter – All For Giveaways whose registered office is All For Giveaways (A UK trading brand of J&S Venture Capital Holdings Ltd - Company Registration Number: 11635885).

Site-wide Participant Terms & Conditions: THIS AGREEMENT is made on the date of acceptance of when a new Participant has created an account on the All For Giveaways website (www.allforgiveaways.com) BETWEEN: All For Giveaways T/A J&S Venture Capital Holding LTD (“the Promoter”), The Elms, Doncaster Road, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S65 1DY AND (“Competition Entrant”) an individual or business that participates within any online competition promoted by All For Giveaways.

COMPETITION PRIZE – Each competition prize draw operated and promoted by All For Giveaways will feature a ‘competition prize’ which must be won upon the closure of each competition prize draw. Once a competition timer has ended, thereafter, the competition will be regarded as closed and ready for the winners prize draw to commence.

ENTRY: A purchasable ticket which will validate your entry into our weekly prize draws. Payments for each entry is only permitted through orders completed through our online payment processor, CardStream. Cash, cheques and BACS will not be accepted as a way of entering into any of the prize draws featured across our site.

COMPETITION ENTRANT: This term is in relation to any individual or business who participates in to a competition through the online Promoter website at www.allforgiveaways.com.

WINNER: This term represents an individual chosen at random after a competition closes. The Winner will receive their prize in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Each competition winner must provide proof of their identity upon claiming their prize. The identity provided by each competition winner must match the information of the account holder which originally placed their entry through the All For Giveaways website.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES: The maximum number of possible entries which can be purchased in to a single draw is displayed on the product page of each competition page, featured across our site. Each and every competition will close regardless of the amount of tickets which have been purchased and sold overall into a single competition. All of our competition prize draws are guaranteed, and all draws are conducted via our weekly live streams, in which are streamed through our online social media Facebook page (@a4gofficial).

A4G NETWORK: A4G Network refers to our complete entertainment network made up of several co-brands, all of which operate under the umbrella of J&S Venture Capital Holdings Ltd. This includes but not limited to:- All For Giveaways (Otherwise referred to as “A4G”), A4G Social, A4G On and, A4G Merch (“A4G Merchandise”) - All associated co-brands conclude the scope of what we define as the “A4G Network”.

Site-wide & A4G Network Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering in to our weekly prize draw competitions, the Competition Entrant has acknowledged, accepted and has agreed to adhere to our entire schedule of Terms & Conditions set out on the following page on our website: https://www.allforgiveaways.com/terms
  2. All competitions throughout our site are operated, managed and provided by All For Giveaways. The competition entrant at the time of registration is aged 18 or over and lives within the United Kingdom. Additionally, the onboarding Competition Entrant, acknowledges and agrees that an online identity verification check will be conducted prior to being awarded any prize items for their winning entries.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to decline an application vetting check, if the promoter should find a discrepancy and/or mis-match of information between the Competition Entrants account details, and their corresponding details on their official identification documents. In such cases, we may request for further identification checks to ensure we can fulfil and satisfy the Competition Entrants details against our Identification Check vetting criteria.
  4. The Competition Entrant takes full responsibility and general care, in ensuring their contact details are kept up to date and strictly confidential, through ensuring best security practices are maintained on their account. A wide variety of security enhancement settings can be found within their A4G One account to reduce and mitigate the risk of exposing any unauthorised account access and data leakage through poor account maintenance. It is mandatory that the Competition Entrant provides their contact details at the time of registration, to validate the Competition Entrants entries into our weekly draws.
  5. The Competition Entrant understands and acknowledges that the contact details in which they provided at the time of registration, may have to be held on record, for the purpose of complying with legal duties under the Data Protection 2018 act and The Promoter, may need to hold specific user account data on record, for disclosure requests such as Freedom of Information requests and for financial disputes, and additional legal requests to ensure we meet our obligations and duties as a Prize Draw Competition Promoter and Operator.
  6. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that all payments processed through The Promoters website is satisfied and settled via our secure online payment gateway provider, CardStream. The Competition Entrant additionally understands that no other form of payment method is available.
  7. The Competition Entrant acknowledges and understands that by entering into any of The Promoters prize draw competitions, does not guarantee a prize outcome.
  8. The Competition Entrant acknowledges and agrees that The Promoters prize draw competitions are provided to UK residents 18+. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any participation in our competitions from any countries outside of the UK. The Promoter has made every effort to ensure payments outside of the UK cannot be processed through their payment gateway provider, to mitigate and reduce the risk of illegal competition participation within countries whereby entering online prize draw competitions may be deemed as an unlawful activity of participation.
  9. The All For Giveaways team will make every effort to reach the Competition Entrant through the contact details in which the Competition Entrant has provided for the sole purpose of informing and notifying the entrant of any winning ticket(s) they hold in to our weekly prize draws.
  10. Payments processed through our UK payment gateway provides enables the Competition Entrant to complete their purchases using a valid VISA, Visa Debit and Mastercard as a method of payment. All other payment methods including cheques and BACS are strictly prohibited.
  11. Upon account registration, the Competition Entrant ensures to provide their complete name and date of birth, during the account registration process, as opposed to an abbreviated nickname or randomised username, which doesn't represent the Competition Entrant's actual identity.
  12. The Competition Entrant understands that the maximum number of ticket entries per prize draw competition is displayed clearly on each individual competition prize type page.
  13. A Free Postal Entry Route is available to all residents within the United Kingdom as a free entry option into any of our prize draw competitions. Simply send a postcard containing your full name, residential address including postcode, the name of the competition you wish to enter, date of birth, contact telephone number, and email address in which you already have associated on your account, on The Promoters website.

    By sending your Free Postal Entry route postcard to us, the Competition Entrant must first create an account on The Promoters website at: https://www.allforgiveaways.com/register. The email address, residential address and full Competition Entrant name, must match the details provided on account, as what is provided on the postcard.

    Upon receiving each postcard, a ticket number will be automatically generated and will be emailed to the Competition Entrant to confirm their ticket numbers in to their selected prize draws. We must note that it is important to send your postcard as soon as possible, with plenty of time ahead of the competition prize draw countdown, to ensure enough time is made available to process your postcard free entries before the closure and completion of the specified prize draw. Postal route entries for prize draw competitions which have either sold out or have already closed will not be processed.

    Any postal route postcards sent to us without proper formatting of requested information, including but not limited to:- unclear handwriting and/or missing information including name, residential address, email address, competition prize draw name will be marked as void and will not be processed.

    A free postal entry route does provide an equal chance as those Competition Entrants who have paid online for their tickets. The deadline for receiving postal entries is by 4:30pm on the day before a specified prize draw competition is due to close. If any prize draw competition closes sooner than scheduled e.g. (In a scenario where a prize draw competition is sold out early), and if the postal free entry route card was received by 4:30pm, a day prior to the early closure of the specified prize draw competition, then the postal entry for the specified prize draw competition will still be validated and an email will be sent through to the Competition Entrant to confirm the tickets they have been automatically generated. However, if the postal entry was received to The Promoters address on the day of the draw, the postal entry postcard will be voided. Please be advised, that we will not process any postcards which are hand delivered. All free entry route postcards must be delivered to our business address, provided above within a reasonable timeframe for delivery.

    Additional Applicable Postal Entry Terms:

    • If a free postal entry postcard is received to The Promoters address without a stamp, it will be deemed as void.
    • Each postcard in which The Promoter receives must be received by first-class, second-class or express day delivery.
    • Free postal card entries can only be allocated to the Competition Entrant, if they have an active account on The Promoters site.
    • A postal entry post card will not be validated if received during or after the prize draw competition has taken place via our social media channels.
  14. The Competition Entrant hereby understands and acknowledges that The Promoters business operation including business administration and management is governed under the law of Great Britain.
  15. The Promoter is not liable for any damages incurred to any prize items during the transit by third-party delivery service providers. The promoter will not guarantee the value of the prize item, before or after the prize item is successfully delivered to the winning Competition Entrant. The Competition Entrant acknowledges and understands that any damages incurred after the delivery of a prize item, will be solely their own responsibility to resolve directly with the manufacturer of the item in which they have received. No refunds, credit-back and product replacements will be provided.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel and revoke entries for any Competition Entrants who are found to be engaging in malicious and/or illegal activities which breach our Terms & Conditions. Any cancelled/revoked tickets, will be a finalised decision which will not be reversed. Additionally, in such scenarios, a refund will not be issued, and any illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and organisations for the purpose of conducting a thorough and precise investigation.
  17. Entries purchased through The Promoters website are non-refundable except from a scenario whereby a competition prize draw has to be cancelled due to a technical fault outside of The Promoters website control.
  18. The Competition Entrant understands and accepts that they will be prompted to confirm their contact details and billing account details, when completing an order through the checkout process of The Promoters website. It is the Competition Entrants responsibility to ensure their card details and billing information, including contact information is correct to avoid payment failures.
  19. The Promoter will make every effort to reach out and connect with the Competition Entrant if they should have one or more winning ticket(s) in to The Promoters prize draw competitions. Efforts will be made via email, social media contact and if necessary, telephone contact to confirm their winnings and to schedule the delivery/awarding of prizes. If we cannot reach a Competition Entrant with regards to awarding their prize(s), we will make several attempts over a 14 day period to connect with the winning Competition Entrant. If 14-days surpasses, The Promoter reserves the rights to relist the specified prize item, as a second-attempt competition prize re-draw. In addition, once the 14-day period has passed, the decision to re-run and relist the prize draw item, will be finalised and the previous prize item winner will be regarded as a voided winning entry.
  20. The Competition Entrant acknowledges and understands that all winners are generated at complete random using the Google Random Number Generator to ensure authenticity and transparency in how our winners are produced each and every week. All of our draws take place via our Social Media channels, with our main streaming source being our Facebook page @a4gofficial.
  21. Whilst it isn't mandatory to watch The Promoters live draws via their respective social media pages, if the Competition Entrant should have winning ticket number(s) awarded via a live draw event, the winning Competition Entrant tickets will still be validated and counted as a win, regardless of whether the Competition Entrant was present during the live stream event or not. The Promoter will always immediately follow up with winning Competition Entrants after the live draw event has successfully completed.
  22. The Promoter is not responsible for any prize items lost during a third-party delivery transit.
  23. The Promoter shall not be held responsible for any incomplete ticket entries due to malfunctioned computer and server systems, including website downtime, system maintenance and outages caused by spiked traffic to The Promoters site, including but not limited to:- any other technical issues which may unexpectedly arise causing systematic and software-level failure.
  24. The Promoter will remain as the prize item authentic owner, until a prize handover process has been completed, and the prize or prizes in question have been successfully delivered to the Competition Entrant's residential address, in which the ownership rights of the specified prize item will be thereafter transferred to the new rightful owner upon successfully receiving the prize item in their possession.
  25. If a Competition Entrant wins a motor vehicle as part of a competition prize draw entry, The Promoter will transfer the ownership of the vehicle to the winning Competition Entrant via the completion of a V5 document. This process will be completed before the vehicle is handed over to the new rightful owner. Thereafter, it is the winning Competition Entrants responsibility to ensure the vehicle is taxed, insured and maintained going forward.
  26. The Promoter will deliver a motor vehicle which has been won by a Competition Entrant in the same exact condition as what the vehicle was photographed and displayed via The Promoters website. The Promoter will not be responsible for any future damages to the vehicle including refuelling, general maintenance, scratches, bodywork defects, mechanical and systematic and electrical failures, including engine parts which may become part-worn over time. After the vehicle has been delivered, the complete responsibility for the upkeep of the vehicle remains with the newly transferred vehicle owner.
  27. All prize deliveries of any kind will be either delivered in-person or via a third-party delivery service (Typically Royal Mail on most occasions) with full tracking included within the delivery order.
  28. The Competition Entrant agrees and acknowledges having their full name, place of residence (City/Town) and having their winners photograph displayed on The Promoters website and across any associated social media channels to create social proof and transparency with the variety of winners The Promoters website produces each and every week across the UK.
  29. In the unlikely situation whereby a prize draw competition may have to be cancelled e.g. due to an unforeseen technical or configuration error, all entrants will be notified and fully refunded and all entries from the specific competition will be revoked. The Promoter reserves the rights to cancel any prize draw competition before and after the competition closes.
  30. Any Competition Entrant found to be maliciously attempting to breach The Promoters internal systems, creating system interference, participating in efforts to hack and/or cause damages to The Promoters website, including but not limited to:- Using bots to cause service disruption and server-level disruption, provisioning bruteforce/DDoS attacks and/or performing suspicious and malicious pattern-activity exploits whilst navigating The Promoters site will be permanently banned and in some cases, reported to the relevant authorities.
  31. Any fraudulent behaviour demonstrated across The Promoters website including the exploitation of system glitches, and through social media communications will be identified and reported as necessary, in the interest of protecting The Promoters customers userbase. No refunds will be provided to any Competition Entrants who have been identified as participating within fraudulent behaviour. Any tickets into any existing prize draw competitions once identified, will be swiftly revoked.
  32. Funds in the Competition Entrants digital wallet can only be spent at checkout and cannot be withdrawn in real money to a Competition Entrants bank account.
  33. Virtual currency in what The Promoter regards as Star Points can be used as a way of placing orders for Competition Entries, providing that the Competition Entrant has accumulated enough Star Points to cover the real monetary value of their total order at Checkout.
  34. Competition Entrants are provided the option to opt-in to receive communications from The Promoters team in a variety of ways including SMS and Email for both the purpose of general service and marketing purposes. Competition Entrants can find details on how to unsubscribe in any text message or e-mail in which they receive from The Promoters business at any time.
  35. The Promoter provides a complete suite of tools to help their entrants manage, recognise and maintain healthy spending limits, spending patterns and spending behaviours. The Competition Entrant understands and acknowledges that they have access to a complete set of tools which are made available for their personal use, via accessing their A4G One dashboard and accessing the “Limits” feature.
  36. The Promoter provides a wealth of security features to help ensure Competition Entrants maintain complete secure control over their accounts. The Competition Entrant understands that they have direct access to features such as Account “Inactivity Locks” and “Child-Lock” features, to prevent unauthorised access to The Promoters in a scenario whereby another family member may access their phone to place orders via The Promoters website unknowingly. The Promoter has aimed to combat such scenarios from happening by requiring a unique personalised code at checkout, when the “Child-Lock” feature is enabled. The Competition Entrant also acknowledges that a wealth of security features are available such as 2FA, session management and a free-to-use inhouse service called A4G OneGuard, to help users recognise on which devices they are logged in on.
  37. The Competition Entrant understands and acknowledges that The Promoter provides additional features to help manage and maintain a happy and enjoyable experience whilst participating in The Promoters competitions. Such features include, account freezes and timeout, take a break reminders, spending summaries and the guidance needed to close their account.
  38. Account cancellations can be managed by sending an email to hello@allforgiveaways.com or via messaging our Facebook page at @a4gofficial.
  39. Once a responsible gaming limit of any kind has been set on the Competition Entrants account, the entrant acknowledges and understands that the limit is fixed in place and cannot be removed under any circumstances.
  40. The wordmark “ALL FOR GIVEAWAYS” including it's word logo is a registered trademark belonging to J&S Venture Capital Holdings Ltd. All additional branding assets are protected via our copyright license for digital media asset protection and can not be reused, redistributed or displayed without written consent from The Promoter, under any circumstances.
  41. The Competition Entrant understands and acknowledges that we may periodically request for reviews to be submitted on behalf of any winning prize items which are received from The Promoters business. Such review sites such as reviews left on our Facebook page, is where we would typically advise to leave a recommendation based on the quality of service a Competition Entrant has received from The Promoters business.
  42. The Promoter reserves the rights to suspend and ban any user accounts which may demonstrate malicious, abusive, harassing, distressing and harmful behaviour. The Promoter operates a zero-tolerance on anti-social behaviour including how user behaviour is demonstrated within messages in which The Promoter receives internally via our Social Channels and Communication channels, including The Promoters live streaming channels. Any user promoting such behaviour may result in either an account warning, suspension, ban and/or complete termination with any existing entries being revoked from any active competitions they have already participated within.
  43. The Promoters website and business is not responsible for any systematic crashes, or failures caused to the Competition Entrants devices in which they are using to browse The Promoters website.
  44. The Promoter does not endorse and/or associate any affiliation or direct representation over the prize items they provide as a part of their weekly prize draws. All product trademarks belong to their respective owners.
  45. The Promoter reserves the rights to make changes to their Terms & Conditions at any given time, without notice. It is the Competition Entrants responsibility to check for any updates and to agree to the Terms & Conditions each and every time an order is placed by the Competition Entrant via The Promoters website checkout.

Combatting Anti-Money Laundering

We are committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, and any other illegal activity on our platform. To ensure a safe and compliant environment for all our players, we implement the following measures:

We reserve the right to withhold prizes or winnings until all verification checks have been successfully completed.

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Using automated systems or bots
  • Sharing accounts with others
  • Attempting to manipulate competition outcomes
  • Providing false information
  • Engaging in fraudulent payment activities
  • Harassing other users or staff
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

2. Intellectual Property

All content on The Promoters website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Promoter or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

3. Privacy and Data Protection
